BREAKING: Youth internationals leave for Europe

Seven graduates from the Mohammed VI Academy have joined European clubs in Spain and France ahead of next season.

The national academy announced on their official page on Tuesday, that seven of their 2019 graduates have signed for European clubs, all having a partnership with AMF. Captain of their U19’s and U20 international, Adil Tahif, has joined Leganés, already boasting several former AMF players in their ranks, including Youssef En-Nesyri.

Talented striker Achraf Gharib, who was crowned top goalscorer in the recent U20 UNAF tournament, signed for Málaga alongside Mehdi Moutassim and Omar El Omrani. The “Moroccan” club have a long history with Moroccans and look to build on that.

Three players have decided to fly over to France, most notably the elegant offensive midfielder, Amine Zouhzouh, who will represent Angers. Centre-back Ayman Ouhatti joins Amiens, while rapid full-back Abdelwahed Wahib signed for Le Havre.
